Keluarga besar Amin Chan yang berusaha dalam berbagai usaha percetakan dan restoran dengan nama “Katialo” sangat terkenal di kalangan warga dan mahasiswa IAIN, saat itu. kini menjadi Universitas Islam Negeri ( UIN) Ciputat. Terpilih H Risman, Datuk Permata Kayo, ketua SAS di kota minyak itu, suatu harapan dan pengharapan oleh warga, sebagai diungkapkan oleh Ciung Wanara. Menurutnya Filosofi, ” Anak dipangku, Keponakan, Dibimbing, Warga Dikasihi, dan Orang Kampung diperhatikan “, perlu diaplikasikan.Filosifi itu harus jadi basis untuk sukses, memimpin SAS, kata perantau yang lahir di kota Pekan Baru itu. Ciung Wanara (45), Putera Jamin (Jawa Minang) ayah asal Cirebon Jabar, bunda dari Sulit Air, Sumbar, Ia memantau perkembangan organisasi SAS dari bulan ke bulan hingga muscab yang diselenggarakan 4 Juni 2023, ujarnya senang. Muscab SAS di kota Pekan Baru itu tampaknya sangat alot dan demokrasi yang terpatri oleh kelima calon, sesuai mekanisme yang ditentukan oleh panitia.
