Dimana SDN Ridogalih 2, yang terletak di Desa Tanjungaya Kecamatan Cikancung di tahun 2023 ini mendapatkan bantuan untuk pembangunan rehab ruang kelas sebesar Rp. 94.000.000,- dengan waktu pengerjaan 45 hari kalender kerja, dengan pelaksna CV. Ilham Zenita. Hasil pantauan awak media di lokasi kegiatan, pelaksanaan pembangunan seolah terhenti, karena sudah sekitar seminggu tidak ada aktivitas pekerja di lokasi pembangunan sekolah tersebut. Berdasarkan informasi yang didapatkan, pekerjaan baru berjalan sekitar tiga hari sudah ada kejadian pekerja yang terjatuh dari atap sekolah ketika sedang membongkar bagian atas sekolah, dan sejak itu kegiatan pembangunan terhenti sampai saat ini. Bahkan menurut sumber dilokasi kegiatan, biaya pengobatan pekerja yang terjatuh pun menggunakan dana talang dari penjaga sekolah, yang hingga saat ini belum ada penggantian. Hal ini seperti yang disampaikan AR, kepada awak media pada Jum’at (25/08/2023). ” Setahu saya, pihak sekolah sudah menghubungi pelaksana proyek tersebut, tetapi sampai saat ini pengerjaannya belum ada tanda-tanda akan dilanjutkan kembali, ” ucapnya. Lanjut AR, mereka ( para pekerja ) baru sekitar tiga hari saja melakukan pembongkaran, tetapi ada kejadian pekerja yang terjatuh dari atap pada saat itu, dan pekerjaaan dihentikan. Bahkan, tegas AR, biaya pengobatan pekerja yang terjatuh menggunakan dana talang dari penjaga sekolah sebesar Rp. 200.000,- , yang hingga kini belum diganti oleh pihak pelaksan proyek. Masih kata AR, seharusnya pihak pelaksana segera melanjutkan pembangunan ini secepatnya, jangan sampai berlarut karena akan mengganggu aktivitas belajar mengajar di sekolah. Anggota PPM gagah dan siap.FotoIst WAHAI PUTERA PEJUANG LVRI, LANJUTKAN PERJUANGAN ORANG TUA KITA Jakarta, (Media) – Dari bulan ke bulan, dari tahun 2019 hingga ke tahun 2023, HUT RI ke-78, pun berlalu, namun kemelut di organisasi Pemuda Panca Marga (PPM) tidak kunjung tuntas, wahai putera puteri pejuang LVRI, mari kita lanjutkan perjuangan kakek dan orang tua kita sebab adanya ayahandaku yang terhormat, diduga masih terpengaruh oleh oligarki politik dan ekonomi. “Kami putera pejuang LVRI, mulai bergabung di PPM Jakarta, sebelumnya anggota PPM Pekan Baru, Riau, mutasi ke Padang Sumbar. LVRI di kota kelahiran memberi pendidikan dan pelatihan kepada putera puteri pejuang dalam bentuk keterampilan, seperti bongkar pasang mesin kenderaan, belajar bahasa inggris dan lain sebagainya, ” ungkap Risman mantan Pjbt Pemda DKI Jakarta. Yang menarik, katanya putera puteri pejuang LVRI diberi pelatihan bela negara, menyandang senjata latihan berganda dengan peluru tajam. Pelatihan Suskalak A dan Suskalak B dan Suskapin, pelatihan bersabung nyawa diikuti di Pematang Siantar Sumut, selama 6 bulan. Pertanyaan anggota PPM yang betul betul anak biologis pejuang veteran maupun ayahandanya yang sudah terpatri sebagai pejuang tentu tidak mau organisasi PPM dan LVRI pecah belah. Mereka dilatih oleh ayahandanya, berperang, saling ” Saiyo Satido ” Kami masuk Jakarta 1990 dibantu oleh ketua umum DPP LVRI alm Achand Taher, didorong menjadi pegawai PEMDA DKI Jakarta, sebab diakui putera pejuang LVRI adanya Skep LVRI yang ditandatangani oleh alm Jenderal TNI SOEDOMO, semuanya lancar hingga bisa mengikuti pendidikan di STIA LAN kampus Jakarta idola ASN masa dulu dan sekarang. Bergabung dengan PPM DKI Jakarta di bawah kepemimpinan Mas Harianto Badjoeri dilanjut oleh alm H Lulung Abraham Linggano, dan terasa PPM di Jakarta terlihat kekompakkan sehingga kami membentuk DPC PPM kabupaten Pulau Seribu. Keaktifan PPM yang dulu dan kini sangat jauh bedanya, seperti yang terjadi sejak Munaslub PPM di hotel IBIS Jakarta Timur Desember 2019 silam, terjadi sengketa pengkaderan dan ayahanda dan anak anaknya terpecah menjadi kelompok, kelompok yang merugi kepada PPM sehingga PPM cenderung lumpuh dan ” Walking without destination” sampai sekarang. Mengutif, ungkapan senioritas PPM Bung Tigor saya terenyuh dan sedih sebab saya disebut sukses hingga menjadi PNS DKI Jakarta dan masuk kampus STIA LAN kampus Jakarta sebab adanya SKEP LVRI sebagai tiket kemana mana ? Ungkapan Bung Tigor, berbunyi, ” Coba Anak Cucu Veteran RI” merenung sejenak mengapa dan ada apa sebenarnya PPM tega tega – nya dipecah belah oleh oknum oknum DPP.LVRI. ” Saya terima telpon dari Kader pimpinan PPM Sulsel, baru haru ini, ybs gelarnya S3, curhat sambil menangis waktu dia ziarah ke makam ortuanya di makam pahlawan bagaimana nasib PPM ? Saya jadi teringat kembali, tragedi Munaslub PPM Tahun 2019 yang berbau Cendana tampaknya ditolak oleh Syaiful Sulun ketua DPP.LVRI masa lalu,” ujar Bung Tigor sedih. Pasalnya sebagai berikut, kata Tigor : Kesatu, Pada waktu Sdr Berto Caketum PPM Munaslub tahun.2019 tidak memenuhi syarat karena tidak punya skep.Veteran maupun NPV sempat ditolak oleh Sekjen LVRI Marsma TNI Purn FX. Soejitno; Kedua, Saya dan Lingga Saputra ditugaskan oleh ketua DPP LVRI, merekrut calon lainnya; dan kemudian kami sepakat bersama Lingga Saputra untuk minta agar mbak Titik Soeharto bersedia sebagai caketum PPM rupanya mbak Titik sangat siap bila DPP.LVRI berkenan, bahkan mbak Titik pesan seragam PDH PPM; Ketiga, kami berdua menyampaikan hal kesiapan mbak Titik sebagai caketum PPM kepada Syaiful Sulun dan FX Soejitno di lt 11 gedung LVRI Balai Sarbini Semanggi Jakarta pusat; Keempat, Namun kami berdua sangat terperanjat jawaban Syaiful Sulun diluar dugaan sambil berdiri tolak pinggang sambil marah dengan berkata “Tidak ada urusan dengan cendana” kami berdua kaget waktu itu Syaiful Sulun mau saya bentak,Saya urungkan karena diduga syaiful sulun mengindap penyakit jantung; Kelima,, Kami tim kader PPM waktu itu sangat menolak Berto, tapi rupanya dipaksakan juga Munaslub PPM tahun.2019 oleh Soejitno dan harus dilaksanakan dengan caketum PPM tunggal yaitu Sdr Berto. Kami dipaksa untuk duduk dalam jabatan hasil munaslub PPM oleh tim formatur. Namun, kami tolak tidak sudi ada ketum PPM Non Ancuvet, kami tidak gila jabatan di PPM Tragedi PPM diduga dipecah belah oleh oknum DPP.LVRI masa lalu, sikit-sikit kami ungkap sebagai bahan diskusi kelak dengan Stakeholder. Pertanyaan mengapa sudah ganti pimpinan LVRI hasil kongres th.2022 belum juga ada keputusan proses pembenahan PPM. Pantauan media ada sekitar 3000 an pengunjung yang hadir memadati GDI yang terletak di desa Taraju kecamatan Taraju. Kemeriahan suasana pelantikan bukan saja dihadiri oleh pengurus-pengurus Nahdhatul Ulama (NU) Camat, Caleg DPRD se Dapil- VII kabupaten Tasikmalaya. Selain itu juga tampak hadir, sembilan kepala desa yang bertugas di wilaydh kecamatan Taraju. Ketua MWC NU KH Nanang Sobarna,, mulai dari tingkat cabang hingga ranting NU. Berbagai ormas lainnya juga tampak hadiri, antara lain Nahdhiyyin, Muslimat NU, Fatayat NU, GP Ansor, IPNU, IPPNU, PMII, LDNU, LKKNU, Lakpesdam NU, dan Banser, sehingga makin semaraknya suasana pelantikan. Ketua PC NU kabupaten Tasikmalaya ,KH Atam Rustam, mengatakan .“Saya ucapkan selamat kepada para pengurus mengomel NU terlantik, dan terima kasih karena selama ini warga NU terus menggerakkan pembangunan di kota Santri Kabupaten Tasikmalaya, Sementara Bupati H.Ade Sugianto S.l.P. mengatakan bahwa, Organisasi kemasyarakatan merupakan mitra strategis bagi Pemerintah Daerah dan komponen penting dalam penyelengaraan kepemerintahan, pembangunan daerah dan peningkatan daya saingnya. ” Organisasi kemasyarakatan merupakan salah satu komponen penting dalam upaya mendorong peningkatan peran serta masyarakat dalam pembangunan daerah, ” ujar Bupati. Pelaksana Proyek SDN Cikahuripan Cicalengka Abaikan Aturan KIP dan Perpres
Bandung, Pewartanasional.com | Cicalengka. Disinyalir proyek pembangunan revonasi SDN Cikahuripan – Cicalengka, adalah proyek tidak bertuan. Pembangunan renovasi sekolah tersebut, pihak pemborong telah mengabaikan amanah Undang-undang Nomor 14 tahun 2008 tentang Keterbukaan Informasi Publik (KIP). Kuat dugaan, pihak pemborong proyek tersebut dengan sengaja menyembunyikan informasi terhadap masyarakat. Karena sudah berjalan beberapa hari namun papan informasi proyek tidak terlihat dipasang di lokasi pembangunan. Padahal, papan informasi proyek penting yang juga merupakan implementasi azas transparansi, sehingga siapapun termasuk masyarakat dapat ikut serta dalam proses pengawasannya. Selain itu, hal ini juga bertabrakan dengan Perpres Nomor 54 Tahun 2010 dan Nomor 70 Tahun 2012, dimana mengatur setiap pekerjaan bangunan fisik yang dibiayai negara wajib memasang papan nama proyek. Atan Rustandi, Kepala sekolah SDN Cikahuripan pada saat di temui di sekolah, menyampaikan bahwa pekerjaan pembangunan rehanb sekolah ini sudah berjalan beberapa hari dan belum terlihat ada papan proyek. ” Memang benar, pekerjaan rehab ini sudah berjalan beberapa hari yang lalu, dan sampai saat ini belum terlihat ada di pasang papan proyeknya, ” ucap Kepala Sekolah. Sehingga, kata Kepala Sekolah, saya juga tidak mengetahui besaran anggaran dari proyek pembangunan ini. ” Sebagai penerima manfaat, saya hanya berharap bahwa pengerjaan proyek ini sesuai aturan dan anggaran yang ada, jangan sampai pihak kami nanti yang di rugikan, ” jelasnya. Sampai saat ini, pelaksana proyek belum ada datang ke sekolah menemui saya, yang ada hanya para pekerja di lapangan saja, ” lanjut Sang Kepala Sekolah. Pantauan awak media di lokasi proyek, bukan hanya pelaksana proyek saja yang tidak ada di lokasi, bahkan konsultan pengawas pun tidak terlihat ada di lokasi kegiatan pembangunan renovasi SDN Cikahuripan. Berdasarkan hal itu, jelas sudah banyak hal yang di labrak dalam kegiatan pembangunan tersebut. Ketiadaan papan informasi, pelaksana yang juga tidak ada di lokasi, juga konsultan pengawas, mengindikasikan banyak hal yang tersembunyi dari proyek tersebut. Sangat disayangkan, bagaimana akan sesuai aturan dan anggaran, pihak-pihak yang berkepentingan dalam proyek tersebut tidak pernah datang ke lokasi, hanya mengandalkan para pekerja di lapangan. Semoga, pihak-pihak terkait dalam hal ini Dinas Pendidikan dapat segera turun tangan dan melakukan pengawasan yang lebih serius terhadap para pelaksana di lapangan.
