Herman has prepared 300-500 tons/day of waste needed by investors. The initiative led by GMPI Secretary General has coordinated with officials and sent letters to Governor Pramono Anung and DKI Environment Agency. GMPI aims to be a partner of local government to overcome waste, as Bantar Gebang landfill closed since early August 2026 causing waste emergency. Investor H. Yata Sulaiman with foreign investors prepared “WASTE ENERGY GERMANY” and funding. Need 20-30 hectares land in South Jakarta/Depok. Total need 5,000 tons/day, Jagakarsa-Pasar Minggu-Cilandak collaboration 1,000 tons/day, currently available 500 tons/day.
